So far so good

I'm halfway out of my first bottle and I could say it is helping me to sleep better. Let's see if it does help with improved cognitive function and working memory as they claim it does.

49. Doing just fine!

I approach my Magnesium intake with the Research Benefits. I take this in the morning for heart health & cognitive function. Then Magnesium Glycinate in the evening to help muscle tension. I am grateful for Swanson because I don't feel like I need to buy in bulk to get a good deal.

I've been using this for a few years, it seems to help not just with supplementing needed magnesium but with memory. Dr. Mercola recommends the Theronate version for memory improvement, and it has helped.
