This works great for painting or replacing baseboards and doing flooring, A huge time saver when painting or doing flooring. Fast, easy to maneuver. Carry your tools along with you. No up and down and easy on the knees. It will tip if you just sit on the seat so be careful to have your knees in place when you get on. Great product
