Where is customer service?
Walmart seems to give me NO way to let them know I haven't received my extended warranty, which I paid for six days ago. They reminded me twice I'd get it within two days of purchase. They also keep sending me unwanted "offers." If only they'd have link or a phone number for me to report this. Tool bad it has to be a review. I'm very unsatisfied with the way they do business. Is customer service a lost art in America?
