I only received the fire place insert and not the cabinet inside the box it states to call Hanover if I do not receive the second box which is the mantel to hold the fireplace they told me that was my problem with walmart and they could not do anything about the missing mantle to hold the fireplace , don't buy from them worst customer service ever!!!!!!! No manager to speak to either!!!
