these were wonderful until my manual mute stopped working, i've had to make do with using the virtual one. as a call center rep who will get reprimanded and potentially fired for accidentally sneezing or coughing in a customer's ear, it makes my job more stressful. i troubleshot with my place of work's it department and we came up blank. i love logitech but am very sad these didn't do better, wouldn't purchase again.
