When I received this drink mix, I was kind of skeptical. I've never used hunger suppressants so I wasn't sure what to expect, would they taste chalky or even work? First off, I was pleased by the taste. It tasted like any other fruit punch mix you add to water, though it took a few minutes to completely dissolve. Take the time to stir and wait for that, and it'll taste even better. Secondly, make sure to read the instructions, as there are two proper ways to use the drink mix: as a hunger suppressant or as a weight loss drink. I chose to use it to suppress hunger, as I always have a hard time in those late afternoon hours, wanting a snack and overdoing it. I followed the directions, still kinda skeptical, and drank the mix with a carb-heavy lunch. And to my amazement, I was able to make it to dinner without snacking, without feeling hungry, without feeling like I was denying myself or "dieting". I'm really pleased with the outcome and will use this in the future.
