Defect, but overall good shoe.

One of the shoes I received has a black scratch mark, possibly a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to go through the return process as I have an upcoming event. Despite this flaw, I appreciate the style of the shoes. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the padding of the insoles. Shoe box arrived damaged due to shipping and handling.

Damaged Sole

Overall it wasnt a bad experience. The shoes fit perfectly. They were flexible and sturdy. The top of the shoe looked perfect and the price was awesome. The shoes took a little longer than I am used to, They arrived a little later than scheduled. But I wasn't in a rush. My only real issue is the bottom of the shoe was severely damaged. I am not sure how this got by quality control. But it was severe enough that it should not have been missed. I will need to return them but I will order the same item and let you know how it goes. I will keep you posted.
