A great resource for looking up all the nutritional info on foods with no labels, like fruits and vegetables, as well as for comparing brand names. This latest edition has large enough print for ease of use. If you are on any sort of food restrictive diet, this book will be in constant use as you plan meals. I have been using an older edition for about 30 years , and I am so glad I finally bought this latest updated version!
