I have been trying so many hydration powders and tablets for the past year And I came across these and I keep myself stocked up. I have six boxes in my pantry right now and when I get down to three I always buy more and always keep a minimum of at least three boxes. I know this says to mix it in a 16 oz but I'm not big on sweets so I mix mine in a 1 liter smart bottle of water and have that drink by 2:00 p.m. and after just a few swallows I can tell a humongous difference.
