I bought it as another suitcase, because it was broken on the flight. This one looks similar. I have to say that I am annoyed by the marketing tricks where this suitcase is said to cost $265, but now it seems to be on sale, so I saved $230, which is not true, because the value of the suitcase with postage is a real value, so if someone wants a solid suitcase, this is an opportunity to buy it, but only at this, let's call it a special price.

Awesome Find!

This was a fantastic find. It's now been to Africa and back and held up beautifully. It's a pretty large roller, but not too large for your typical checked bag. It rolls well, even fully loaded, and held up really well to being dragged all over Africa and back to the US. It has a nice TSA lock that you can change the combination on. The zipper worked well, it's expandable if needed, and has a divider inside that zips in place to divide the halves. My wife bought a highly rated Samsonite roller. The Samsonite is slightly smaller and didn't hold up quite as well to the scuffs from the baggage claim. It's still in good shape but my wife says she wishes she'd got this suitcase instead. I definitely don't regret buying it. Be aware though, shipping took a few days more than was advertised. I bought it early enough that it was okay, buy it you're down to wire, you might not get this as quick as advertised. It weighed right around 10 pound, the smaller Samsonite case (advertised as light weight) my wife got is 9 pounds. A small difference considering the additional size of this case. To sum it up, this is a great suitcase at a great price and it seems to be very strong/high quality. As good or better than the Samsonite in my opinion.
