These work well for my 7 year old who does not swallow pills. She had to take 2 of the chewable kind because they were 5mg. These are 10mg so it is only 1 pill per day. It took a few days to fully knock out her seasonal allergies, but it definitely helped a lot. She likes the minty flavor and we didn't notice any side effects.
