I also added hats to my regular daily routine. In December of 2024, I was going to a holiday party and I decided to get my hair done to fluff it up. The pictures of that night, finally sent me to the doctor where I was diagnosed with androgenic alopecia. The doctor recommended that I begin taking a hair supplement but was pretty pro-Viviscal. The doctor said I would need to take a supplement as long as I want to hold onto my hair. I researched a bunch of them looking for one that was affordable, effective, used natural ingredients and felt sustainable for the long term. I found Viviscal to be an established brand, affordably priced and contained natural ingredients. It also only required two pills per day which felt more sustainable and manageable than another brand that required 4 pills per day. I looked into lots of other products on the market and tried a few shampoos, serums and even oral minoxidil. I could not tolerate any of them. I have added a red light therapy hat that I wear daily for 6 minutes. Mostly, I credit Viviscal with significantly reducing my shedding, re-growth of new hair and thickening and strengthening my existing hair. This product is affordable, effective and the dosage is manageable for the long term. I highly recommend this product.
