Does the job

Fits perfectly. The RAV-4 is a bit of a pain because you have to remove the whole door panel to get at the bolts, but it wasn't difficult. The mirror works as advertised---there is a bit of vibration in the glass, but it's stable enough to use. I'll take that given the low price and the fact that it's not OEM. I was VERY impressed with the speed with which my order was processed and shipped.
