If I could give 10 stars I would. My border collie cannot take this off and I struggle with one hand trying to remove it because the Velcro is so strong. I use this over a disposable because sometimes his deal isn't covered all the way so this catches The extra. The quality of the materials are good the Valco is strong and they're easy to wash and dry. So far so good.
