1/10 germination, not great!

I purchased 15 seeds of the chocolate mimosa. I planted 10 and only 1 sprouted. I followed directions to a T! I got an email to give a review and while it was great delivery time, I know the germination rate is supposed to be super high and it just wasn't at all. I would like to resolve this as I am unhappy with the germination rate.
