no instruction included not even a "quick start" piece of paper. could not use earbuds . could plug in printer , could not plug in scanner. this computer is a striped down computer . this is not typical acer computer. i probably never buy another acer. too bad i could not rate it -5 stars . if you have never run windows 11 your out of luck. i will probably stick this on a shelf and by another brand of computer. cost is never an issue for me but the loss of my time is.
