Calcium lactate helps prevent chronic muscle cramp

This kind of calcium was suggested to me by my chiropractor who uses "muscle testing in his practice. I've had muscle cramping in my thighs since about 14 years of age. I'm now 75. After taking this supplement for about 3 months, my cramps went away almost completely. Calcium lactate is very difficult to find, and I've been fortunate to find it available again on this site, as well as being very grateful. More people need to know about the benefits of this type of calcium.
