Disappointed with Walmart supplier
Very unhappy, received the carrier, did not receive all the parts or the proper manual that goes with this carrier. Was not easy to deal with supplier. Finally received the correct parts list and diagram but not the parts that were missing. Had to purchase what I needed to complete constructing the carrier. Communicated my displeasure to the rep working with me and she thanked me for my feedback.
