Hard to make Puerto Rican/Caribbean food lo-cal but this comes close! I've used this 3 different ways: (1) on a snow-cone, like a piragua; (2) drizzled on top of vanilla ice cream; or (3) mixed with softened vanilla ice cream to make a guava-flavored dessert. All done to taste so no real recipes, but definitely good.
