Instructions
Apply a generous amount to the palm of the hand. Rub palms of hands together. Apply to hair and massage thoroughly and comb hair within a large tooth comb for total distribution. Place a plastic cap over the entire head and let process for 10-15 minutes without heat after a relaxer and with heat after a regular shampoo. Leave on hair 45 minutes to 1 hours without heat. Rinse with warm water and proceed with styling.

This is my go to conditioner and I love the big size. I started buying this conditioner so that I would have extra when I did my relaxers. Now I use it all the time. I love the way this conditioner leaves my hair soft and smooth when I leave it on for an hour with my shower cap then rinse out. Sometimes when I'm in a hurry I use it and rinse it out immediately. The results are still very good. Would definitely recommend.

I have used this conditioner for years and it works for my coarse hair. I leave it in, after shampooing, for 3 to 5 minutes and that's it. It leaves my hair soft, but it does weigh the hair down a bit. If you want body, it's not the conditioner for you. Hope it helps.
