Super attractive pair of sneakers. Here's some stuff I was thinking about and found after purchasing to help with your decision to buy or pass: didn't get wide width or anything, not sure if that option existed for these shoes but I do find that my pinky toes press somewhat into the outside edges of the inside of the shoe, but so far the stitching and material seems so tough that it appears my pinky toes are not at risk of bursting through.. still, not the widest toe box. The shoe is way lighter than I imagined - I had another pair of 990v4s I believe and I think those were heavier than these; super light which makes running and pickleball which I use these for pretty solid. On that note: the stuff you actually stand on is insanely comfortable. I was doing a little dance after church Sunday and literally had the thought like “whoa, that felt so good..” they're secure enough on my feet for quick changing of directions in pickleball too, though I've found this weird thing where it's tough to get the laces super duper tight on my feet which I'd sometimes like. Last thing: I measured my foot and found it to be almost exactly 11 inches long and bought the appropriate size according to that exact measurement on the newbalance size chart thing and it seems to be just right even though the pinky toes are sorta cramped on the edges as I said.. so I would say if you're worried about sizing go with that method: “physically measure your feet (in the evening because I guess your feet spread out throughout the day) and go with the size for which length New Balance recommends.
