Good superfood

Quality is good. I add it to my yogurt and to my tea. It adds a sweeter taste to my food and drink. I also snack on this!

Excellent!

I use them in my water bottle with chia and lemon. I soak them in 1/2 glass of boiled water for 5 minutes and then mix them into my 1 liter water bottle with 1 tablespoon chia seeds and few slices of lemmon. Sometimes I use them alone. Just love to get something to bite into and nibble on. Keeps me away from the sweets and biscuits.
