The vest is very comfortable to wear. It is heavier than I had anticipated. I had thought the 20 pounds would be under performing, but it actually is too heavy for me and it is the recommended weight class for my weight, i haven't figured out how to remove the weights but I think because of the comfort fit and quality of the vest that I would recommend it.
