I thought this might be too spicy - but it was just right. So easy to prepare and had enough for another meal. It was even better the 2nd time as leftovers. -We used a pan, but the microwave would have done just as well. Since it is shelf stable. I would buy several to have on hand. I highly recommend this. It very affordable and a great meal. It is a vegetarian friendly meal and great for meals when you don't have a lot of time to cook a great and savory meal. I recently tried Passage to Asia Yellow Thai Curry Stir Fry sauce and the flavors and ease of making a great meal will make me pick this up again. I found the flavors remarkable being mild and creamy with a great taste of Thai herbs. I have a 5 year old that joined me in the meal and said it was a great temperature. When cooking I just used chicken and some veggies that I had on hand. Dinner was ready in no time really and the taste was better than I have had at a local Thai restaurant. The package size is just right for our family and having it in a easy to open pouch makes it simple to use and my daughter helped me cook too. I would highly recommend this item.
