The Chromebook itself is great, but I think buyers should know that it does not have Google Play Store, you can only use the Chrome store, which does not have the same games and apps

Rethink before purchasing!!!!

I have bought 2 of the chromebooks first one was a dell, the 2nd is this hp the first one kept going to the factory reset blue screen had to return this one! the hp just arrived it was dead so i put it on charge dosent even fit like the orginal charger but i dont care as long as its charging it came on for 30 secs and now wont even charge or turn on i got this for my daughter for her 7th birthday now we are gonna have to wait till they receive it to get her money back so i would avoid this company i guess they just get the laptops in and ship them out without refurbishing them shes been waiting 5 days to get this in and she was definitely upset....
