Choose anything else

This has to be the worst product I've ever dealed with. Installing it terrible. Constantly leaks at this point Kohler should be reimbursing me for the bathroom remodel. Long story short the water is shut off the the house because this product is just spewing water all over the place

This was amazing, until it stopped working.

I bought the two outlet one with an overhead and a hand shower. My handyman that renovated the bathroom installed it and my plumber checked it after. For one year (the warranty, ironically), the shower worked beautifully. Then one morning it stopped giving me hot water and makes a strange whirring sound when turned to the hot setting. I've had two people look at it and neither so far could fix it. If I redo this I will need to redo the whole bathroom because of how it was tiled.

Takes a while to get it going

I have had this since July 2023 in my new construction. Definitely you need someone with EXPERIENCE to install them, and then you will have some issues... JUST look as some YouTube videos and try fixing them on your own -it is fairly simply once you get the hang of it. WHY install these with so many problems? Because once you get them going -you won't come back to regular. I have 4, 2 in the master bath -the best part of my day SHOWER!
