ZWILLING Pro is the most user-friendly knife available to market. The unique curved bolster acts as an extension of the hand, supporting the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. Great and robust set
I chose this set for its German Solingen steel, which is not the hardest in the world, but therefore quite forgiving if multiple people in a household use it (and clean it...). The look is somewhat industrial compared to Japanese brands, but the workmanship is top notch as you would expect. I agonized for quite a while if I should go Wuesthof or Zwilling. Since there is hardly any difference in all the YouTube comparisons, I happily went with the more wallet friendly Zwillings. I am using my knives daily and I am very happy with the results of my chopping and prepping activities; I actually now really enjoy the "chore", admittedly even the cleaning and hanging them back on the magnetic holder...
