I have been using this product for years. It dissolves well in water and tastes good, not too sweet. Whenever I get a cold threatening to start up, I start downing this product and I truly believe that it helps my immune system and weakens the cold. I love this stuff! You are replenishing your electrolytes, providing your body with much needed vitamin C and not a lot of sugar and no artificial sweeteners. I have recommended this product many many times to others.

I always stock up on these during the winter months when colds and flu run rampant. anytime me or any family starts to show signs of getting sick, immediately we down a glass of water with this. BAM, stops it in its tracks. it's magical! just wish it had a bit better flavor, for the kids to enjoy and not have to cringe to get down. also wish they were a little cheaper.
