Swanson Wild Yam Root

I highly recommend the Swanson wild yam root capsules! I was taking the black cohosh and primrose oil capsules and still experiencing too many hot flashes, so i added the wild yam root to my daily vitamins and have noticed very few hot flashes in a matter of a couple of days!

Doused the flames

I am THRILLED with this supplement. I was having several hot flashes each day and waking up almost hourly with night sweats. An herb blend from my local wellness pharmacy helped a bit, but in looking for alternatives I found the plain yam root. My hot flashes were reduced within 3 days of starting this, and by the end of a week they were all but gone. I still have mild "warm ups" now and then, but nothing like the misery I was experiencing. Now I just hope it lasts...

Life Changing

I had an ovary removed and my hormones were wacky. Crying and thinking everything was catastrophic, not sleeping and feeling like my skin was crawling.... when it wasnt. I'm only 38 so definitely wasn't ready to feel menopause. I take this and generic estroven and mushroom supplements. Big life changer. I believe the yams have got a lot to do with it
