Pilosocereus Azureus is a upright growing cactus that develops a signature blue tint as it grows. Its columnar and branching growing habits make it a very popular cactus to collect because it can look like a miniature version of a classic tall desert cactus.
Recommendations for growing success:
Light: Direct sunlight, a windowsill makes a good home
Water: In late spring to summer months water thoroughly with tepid water when soil dries out, water more sparingly in the winter
Repotting: Repot every year in the spring when the plant is young, only increase pot size slightly
