I opted for the red cushioned one and I got my daughter, the blue cushioned one the blue cushion one is definitely more beachy so I would say if you were in Florida or the southern states near the coast, that would be a perfect option I opted for the red. I am very peased with this set! It came packaged very nicely and I had no problems with anything being bend, warped, or ruined in the transport. It was easy to install and I did it by myself within a few hours. I was afraid the furniture might be too small but it is a perfect size for me and my 6'3" husband. Comfortable and good material. Doesn't look or feel cheap. All in all we love it and look forward to many summer parties by the pool!
