Very unsatisfied.

The boxes were shipped separate and now that the second box arrived the unopened box shows damage and the parts as well, making it unusable and now making us severely behind schedule on a renovation. I would like a return label for both boxes and I would appreciate a pickup. The items are too heavy and I don't have a vehicle to return them with.
