This is the best brand for baking a red velvet cake if you want it to be moist and last a few days. I only buy this brand because others have ended being dry and started to mold 2 days after making it. I always use a pan that has a tightly sealed lid and I always check to make sure it's closed correctly after anyone in the home gets a piece. Best price for this cake is Walmart.
