I think these would be comfortable if they fit properly. I wear a 9 and ordered a 9. They are pretty wide and run quite large. There is a great arch support pad, but it hit almost to the heal since the shoe runs large. My feet slid around in them a lot and they are a bit heavy, so by the end of the day my feet and ankles were really sore. The drawback to buying shoes online is not being able to try them on first to check size and not being able to return them after you've worn them.

Had to replace insoles before I could ware. When it said insoles were memory foam didn't say it was only the heel of shoe it ends right in middle of foot and makes them ache.
