I love my Nantucket deluxe arbor. When a storm came last winter ,the whole top shattered when it flew off on top of my sandstone walkway. When I called New England Arbors ,they were very sympathetic and worked with me to order the proper parts and they were delivered in a timely manner.,I have made many calls to NE Arbors and always find the staff very helpful. My last call with a man named John from the company who found another employee who had complete knowledge of what I was,talking about.

We just received this arbor and completed assembly, which was fairly straightforward. The construction of this is solid and strong. We were going to use 4x4 posts, but decided to use the New England EZ Mount Posts that you simply hammer into the ground. I was worried that these would not work well, and maybe cause the structure to be a bit flimsy, but thankfully I was wrong. They work great and I'm happy I decided to get them, since it made things a lot easier. You just have to make sure to use 4 screws at the base of each post to secure the structure to these mounts. This arbor really creates the exact look I was going for on the side of my house, and was worth every dime.
