I love my Nantucket deluxe arbor. When a storm came last winter ,the whole top shattered when it flew off on top of my sandstone walkway. When I called New England Arbors ,they were very sympathetic and worked with me to order the proper parts and they were delivered in a timely manner.,I have made many calls to NE Arbors and always find the staff very helpful. My last call with a man named John from the company who found another employee who had complete knowledge of what I was,talking about.

As good as I expected
Product arrived intact and good condition. Was relatively easy to install. Took my dad and I about 2 hrs all in. Looks great and seems to be pretty sturdy.
