Horrible Customer Service.

I ordered $900 Piano which had a Piano bench that was delivered damaged and was beyond repair. Walmart customer service is horrible! Every time you call, they don't have a record of you resolving the issue. They keep canceling the previous resolution ie. exchange/ pick up and partial refund of 20%. Walmart customer service will set up pick and new item to be delivered and cancel it without any notifications and when I called to check on the status, they said they canceled it without any reason. Then they arranged to refund me 20% from Walmart due to the “market place” third party not wanting to take responsibility of the damaged items. They had their manager approve and took down my credit card info for the refund. After waiting awhile I called to check in on the refund status only to be told again that they have no record of it. Walmart customer service keeps giving me the run around and no resolution. Now I'm stuck with a $200 worth if piano bench damaged and no resolution. Walmart customer service is a scam!
