The buckle on the top

The buckle on the top broke on the first wear. Very cheap and clearly flawed design. The kicker, Dolce Vita, instead of offering to replace the shoe with a similar one, said I can pay to return it or they'll give me 20% off a new shoe. YOUR SHOE BROKE ON THE FIRST WEAR. I will NOT be reordering from Dolce Vita.
