Thank you . This is a medium-firm memory foam pillow that supports my neck and head very well. It is CertiPUR-US certified, So I feel good about the quality. The pillow is breathable and doesn’t trap heat. The knit cover feels soft, smooth and cool to the touch. When I lie down, I feel comfortable and supportive at the same time. The size and height fit me well especially for back and side sleeping. After using it for a while, it still keeps its shape and support , which I really like. It’s also easy to clean. Just remove the cover to wash and vacuum the pillow if needed. I’ve been sleeping better since using it.
