Part arrived damaged, seller was no help.

The bumper I ordered arrived with a creased dent in it, contacted the seller and was met with this reply “ I received the pictures you sent. This is not a serious case. You can shape it by taking a hair dryer to the dent and heating it up a bit or exposing it to the sun to warm it up. Please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions. Sophy” A couple of problems I had with this reply. 1. It's creased and bigger than my fist, it ain't shaping back to normal. 2. It's new and should be free of damages, I shouldn't have to repair something new. Therefore I am sending it back for a refund, would not recommend ordering from this company.
