These prenatals are pretty easy to take. I will note that the flavors are not my favorite and could taste better but I'd rather take these than the pill form of prenatal. I've used these for several of my pregnancies and they never disappointed. Now that I'm no longer pregnant, I'm still using them and it's helped my hair grow and I'm still getting the much needed vitamins I need to stay healthy. Super easy on sensitive stomachs too!
