This works well and makes a lot of ice. However, the ice is very dense. I do think there may be a way to decrease the setting, but I need to figure it out. Also, it has randomly turned off twice in 2 months and I've had to figure out how to reset it.

While emptying the first full bucket of ice, I noticed water under the ice bucket. It spilled on the floor while pulling the bucket out. Now it's draining on the floor from under the bucket on its own. The also comes out in sheet like a candy bar and not individual cubes.
