- Adjustable Vent and Access Doors: Thanks to the top air vent and 2 access doors, you can conveniently regulate the fire according to the cooking condition. When the fire is too hot, you can place the lid and close the air vent. However, when the fire is too low, you should enlarge the air vent and lower the access door. Additionally, you can add charcoal with the lower access door and check food conditions with the upper access door.
