I have been sleeping on this with the 2" foam added for over a week. No head Ack or pain in my neck as I had with my other pillow. Very much recommended as I am a side sleeper. It is soft but doesn't collapse when using. There is no odor with this pillow.

I bought this pillow expecting to not like it. I haven't had the best luck buying pillows. I have a very sensitive neck due to a rotary cuff injury and so it's hard for me to find a pillow that doesn't cause me more pain than relief. this pillow did the trick. I was very surprised. it comes with three components. one main pillow and then two loose thin add-ons. I only needed one. I wanted a medium height that was still supportive yet soft. this pillow is perfect. I had the best night sleep last night. I cannot say that very often. and I know that if I need that extra height that they're still an extra layer that I could add. I also love the cooling cover. it's hard to get it on at first. but once you do it fits very well. it really does have a cooling effect which I also love. so if I could give this five stars I would.
