Item arrived in perfect condition despite inadequate packaging that normally our sadistic UPS delivery system would have heavily exploited. Box showed signs of intent to destroy but item was flawless. There was the appearance of a missing decal on the underside of the mirror housing (like an outline of something missing) giving me the impression it is a refurb, but the glass is completely flawless and the chrome was perfect like-new, not a brushed nickel finish like shown in the picture. The power adjustment was smooth and fast from stop to stop horizontally and vertically. I haven't tested the heated feature yet, will post back this winter if any problems but honestly the original mirrors are notorious for the heated feature going out promptly so I'll be going in with low expectations. Also I haven't tested the auto-darkening feature yet either, as my old one worked fine in that regard. Now I need to buy one for the passenger side, as now it looks crummy compared to the new one! Would definitely recommend this mirror over others, once you shop around and see others' prices.
