The GreenTech Heat Air Mover 4000 is a fan that operates with heaters in high-temperature environments designed to function at temperatures far above what any insect pest will require to achieve a 100% kill. Heat treatments require electric heaters, or direct-fired heaters, as heat sources.
Fans assist in creating the convected airflow, which kills bed bugs and their eggs. A well-placed fan can decrease treatment times by adding a heater to an electric bed bug heat treatment project. Position fans to direct heated treatment air toward hard-to-heat objects to disrupt stratification and stagnation in a room being treated for a bed bug infestation and to move air along, under, and around pieces of furniture with identified bed bug infestations.
