Replenish Prebiotic Blend (17 g) made of organic inulin (from organic Jerusalem artichoke) and organic banana powder. It also includes a Raw Whole Food Probiotic Blend (400 billion CFU) consisting of multiple strains such as Bifidobacterium lactis BL818, Lactobacillus acidophilus (NCFM®), Lacticaseibacillus paracasei (Lcp-37®), Bifidobacterium lactis (Bi-07® and Bl-04®), Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Lacticaseibacillus casei, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus, Lactococcus lactis subspecies, and Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. cremoris, along with an Eastern European wild kefir culture typically containing strains such as Bifidobacterium longum, Levilactobacillus brevis, Limosilactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactobacillus kefiranofaciens, Lactobacillus kefirgranum, Lentilactobacillus kefiri, Lactobacillus parakefir, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, Leuconostoc species, and various yeast species including Kluyveromyces marxianus, Brettanomyces anomalus, Debaryomyces hansenii, Saccharomyces species, and Torulaspora delbrueckii. Seems to have worked (I guess)
Labeled as a 5-day course but includes more to be safe. Took it on the advice of my dietician hoping to prevent a relatively aggressive prescription antibiotic from wrecking my gut microbiome. Made it through the antibiotic course with no more than a brief spell of mild nausea. All else was totally normal during and after. This powder didn't mix super well with water, leaving some slimy clumps at the bottom of the cup every time (slight ick factor); not sure if that's normal for this kind of product. Either way, I'm happy.
