Hard to get a refund.
I have been trying to return this item since we assembled and found that the dimensions were wrong. We wanted a 10' width x 8' depth (most measurements relate the width first). I took pictures and sent them in an email. "Customer Order Number: 200013444735620 Reason for Contact: Return/Replace - Incorrect Size/Item Received Item name/number: 10x8 Pergola Patio Gazebo, Hardtop Outdoor Gazebo with Roof for Backyard, Decks, Garden, Size: 10*8/16242773578" rec'd from Walmart 8/4/25 and havent't heard anything since. I attempted to send pics but don't know if the email was received. I am an elderly person and don't know how to do it and no have no one who can show me. How do I return this product and get a refund?! I've always trusted Walmart to do what is right and as easy as possible. I can take the pics to the store itself and ask someone there for help if I need to. It was a lot of money to spend for something I can't use and is just sitting in a box now.
