Awesome experience

Encountered a problem when doing the assembly of the bed. The metal support that attaches to the bedframe broke as we were attaching it. Had to stop. Contacted Walmart customer service and and they reached out to Linsy on my behalf. Linsy reached out to me asking for clarification of the problem encountered. I provided info and some pictures. They responded promptly and were eager to take care of the customer. They sent me a full replacement with parts to spare just in case. They were timely, communicative, understanding, and understood the need to satisfy the customer. Went above and beyond in my opinion. I am very pleased with linsy and Walmart addressing my concerns. Very happy customer.
