Quick delivery, box was in perfect condition when it arrived, Dehumidifier ran continually for two weeks to reduce the humidity to 47%. It is set up to direct drain in the basement, but is under 2 bedrooms. It is quiet and although you can hear it run it is not loud or annoying. We bought a bigger unit to ensure a reduction in humidity throughout our home (3500 sq. ft rancher with 1/2 basement) and it has worked as planned. The set up of the drainage hose easy and the casters were preinstalled. The air quality has improved. We would recommend this unit.

Powerful, quiet!

This dehumidifier keeps my 700 sq foot apartment humidity levels below 50% -- if not on, the humidity climbs to the high 70s! It's not very loud--just a little white noise in the background that doesn't interfere with TV, music, conversations, etc. I do have to empty the tank every day (sometimes 2x), but it's easy to take out and dump in my sink so not a problem. My previous dehumidifier was the smaller version and ran continuously for almost a year, but then stopped working. I was refunded the amount I paid for that one, and in turn bought this one. Overall very pleased with how homelabs handled it and I am very pleased with how effective both -- but especially this bigger one -- have been.
