Cheap quality

I bought these about a month ago now, when i recieved them they were not packed very nicely. No padding or anything. Took one out amd it just felt cheaply made.. bearings were very gritty. Ended up returning these amd bought a set of Scopion 1.6 roller rockers. MUCH NICER BUILT AND QUALITY JUST BY LOOK AND FEEL!!!
